Brittney Crush Is Tired Of The Games In 'Can't Listen'

June 27, 2017

I think we've all been in a situation where the games have become too much and the time has come for us to move on. Brittney Crush makes this relatable topic very clear in her new song titled 'Can't Listen'. The production from TyNitty (credits include Lloyd Banks and J-Stone) really adds a nice flavor to Brittney's soulful voice and lyrics, combining hard-hitting drums with soft piano melodies. The use of the motif from Blacksteet's 'Don't Leave' really puts the finishing touch that makes this song complete. If you don't have it already, this track needs to be in your summer playlist.

Brittney Crush is a singer/songwriter from Hartford, CT that is on the rise in the music industry. After studying Jazz Voice and Classical Technique in college, she has performed in venues such as The Hartford Bushnell Theater, The Comix at Foxwoods Resort and Casino, XL Center, Black Eye Sally’s in Hartford, Amityville Music Hall, The Nuyorican Poets Café, and The Poets Passage in San Juan Puerto Rico. She has been featured on The Stan Simpson Show on FOXCT, West Hartford Community TV, and VIVA Hartford Media. Brittney is currently in the studio working on new material. Could there be an album in the near future?
