Experience India Through The Eyes Of Yuribert Capetillo Hardy In 'Roller Coaster'

June 24, 2017

"During my trip to Kolkata, India, I could only think of one word: Roller Coaster. This film, 'Roller Coaster', is the visualization of my feelings, fears and emotions. And therefore probably not the same feelings other people will have while visiting this country." - Yuribert Capetillo Hardy

Yuribert Capetillo Hardy is a Cuban filmmaker who was born in Havana and now lives in Holland. In his short film, he takes us on a journey through the streets of India. The most inspiring part about Yuribert's work is his portrayal of the people of India. The circumstances and living conditions that they face everyday are worse than some can even imagine. However, the people of India continue to see the good in life. Their energy and positive demeanor, coupled with Yuribert's stunning cinematography, can motivate anyone on their lowest day.
