Steve Lacy: The Mind Behind Some of Your Favorite Hip Hop Songs Only Uses iPhone to Make Music

Steve Lacy is an 18 year old musician who has produced music for artists such as J. Cole (4 Your Eyez Only) and Kendrick Lamar (DAMN.). He is in a group called The Internet and was nominated for a Grammy for executive producing their album titled 'Ego Death'. In addition to all of this, he has just recently released his first solo project. Steve's creativity and talent is clearly limitless. However, the most interesting thing about this young man is that he makes all of his music solely on his iPhone. Even though he has access to all of the best equipment and studio gear, he prefers to use his mobile device that he connects to his iPhone rig.
